The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in sales. As the Center Manager, you will be responsible for creating an engaging environment that fosters growth and success for both employees and customers. Duties Lead and manage daily operations of the center to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. Supervise, train, and mentor staff to promote a high-performance culture. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and identify areas for improvement. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive customer experience. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote center services and events. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Prepare reports on operational performance, sales metrics, and employee productivity. Experience Proven experience in a managerial role within a customer service or retail environment is preferred. Strong background in sales with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficiency in using technology and software relevant to center operations.
