Base Salary + Commission + Benefits Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic Event Sales Manager to lead private event and group sales at our high-energy pickleball entertainment center . This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through social, corporate, and community events. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling, planning, and executing private bookings—from birthday parties and corporate team-building to league nights and tournaments. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, networking, partnerships, and client referrals. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting corporate clients, event planners, schools, and local organizations Conduct facility tours and pitch offerings tailored to group needs. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Event Planning & Coordination Collaborate with clients to customize event packages including food, beverage, court time, equipment, and entertainment. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, coaching staff, kitchen/bar, etc.) to ensure smooth event execution. Prepare detailed event orders, timelines, and post-event feedback loops. Client Relations & Customer Service Act as the main point of contact from booking through event completion. Deliver high-touch customer service that encourages repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals. Build long-term relationships with key accounts and event organizers. Marketing Support Collaborate with the marketing team to promote group offerings via digital and local campaigns. Contribute to the creation of promotional materials, packages, and seasonal event concepts. Attend trade shows, community events, and networking mixers to represent the brand. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in event sales, hospitality, recreation, or a related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Tripleseat, EventPro) and event software is a plus.
