What You’ll Do:

Drive Sales Growth:
Hit or exceed bookings and revenue targets bydeveloping new accounts and growing existing relationships.
- Own the
Territory:
Strategically manage rep/distributor networks,identify key opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams todrive results.
- Be the Voice of the
Customer:
Understand customer needs and workwith cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions andworld-class service.
- Lead with
Insight:
Analyze sales data, monitor trends, andforecast opportunities using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) andExcel.
- Act as a
Connector:
Serve as the key liaison between customersand engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensurelong-term success and preferred vendor status.
What You Bring:
- A BS degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (orequivalent experience).
- 5+ years of sales territory management experience, ideally inhigh-reliability industries.
- A proven track record of sales success, customer engagement, andaccount growth.
- Familiarity with electronic components
- knowledge of magneticsis a big plus!
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamicspreferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
