Compensation:
$20,000 to $45,000 per year
About The Role:
Carnivale Bahamas is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our restaurant’s sales operations. This role is responsible for driving revenue through group bookings, private events, corporate partnerships, and strategic local sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with a strong network, excellentmunication skills, and a passion for the hospitality and restaurant industry.

Job Responsibilities:
Using business tools and first-hand observation, analyze marketpetition, market trends, and identify client needs
Proactively solicit and secure business from new and prospective clients using proven sales strategies aligned with the restaurants brand and vision
Manage client contract process including negotiation, provisions, and supplemental solution selling, capturing all information necessary for execution and billing.
Coordinate and conduct restaurant tours emphasizing features to meet client needs and opportunities to enhance overall satisfaction
Engage in purposefulmunication and build long-lasting rapport with clients, creating an open dialogue to uncover client expectations and unrealized needs
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and capture RFPs
Identify and pursue new business opportunities including corporate accounts, group dining, private events, and catering
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business
Event Sales & Coordination
Promote and sell private dining spaces and event packages
Work closely with event planners, clients, and the restaurant operations team to ensure seamless event execution
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the event booking process from inquiry to post-event follow-up
Marketing & Outreach
Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales collateral
Represent the restaurant at networking events, trade shows, andmunity functions
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends andpetitors
Sales ing & Analysis
Track sales performance against targets and set goals
Maintain CRM systems and databases with up-to-date client information and activity logs
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Experience:
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in restaurants or related field
Degree in business management or sales preferred, or equivalent experience and education
Must be located and rooted in the Bahamas
Flexible schedule with the ability to attend events and client meetings as needed
Strong understanding of the local market and customer base
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skill
Highlyanized, with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously
