Responsibilities:
Work directly with the sales team and customers to develop relationships and bridge disconnects in the sales process. Build rapport with customers to establish a strong network of referrals. Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales. Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.’s to maximize deal potential. Exhibit excellent phone skills to engage and assist customers. Manage all aspects of the sales department, ensuring smooth operations. Work with wholesalers to purchase vehicles for inventory from auctions, off-lease returns, and intercompany sources. Complete trade appraisals to assess vehicle value.
Qualifications:
Prior Sales Leadership:
2-3 years of dealership experience required. Experience as Sales Manager is a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
