Responsibilities Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, setting sales targets, and providing coaching and mentorship to achieve individual and team goals. Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and expand our customer base. Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering personalized assistance and ensuring an exceptional luxury buying experience. Monitor sales activities, track sales performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective sales campaigns, promotions, and events. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, luxury automotive market dynamics, and competitor activities. Ensure compliance with dealership policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the luxury automotive industry or a similar high-end sales environment. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and managing a sales team. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with high-net-worth clients. In-depth knowledge of luxury automotive brands, features, and competitive landscape. Understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
