We are partnered with a high-growth private real estate investment firm to bring on a Senior Director, Head of Sales. The company focuses on creating and preserving wealth through real estate-backed investments. It is known for its commitment to building thriving communities and providing safe, attainable housing. The firm offers a range of solutions, including investment funds, lending, and membership platforms designed to help real estate entrepreneurs scale their businesses. The Senior Director, Head of Sales will drive the sales strategy and execution across our real estate products, including fee simple homes, condos, and lots. This role is pivotal in leading the sales team and ensuring the success of their diverse portfolio.
Senior Director, Head of Sales Requirements:
10+ years of experience leading sales for developers and/or home builders. Preferred experience in park model and manufactured home sales. Proven track record working with high net worth individuals. ABM marketing experience. Preferred experience in resort sales and land sales.
Senior Director, Head of Sales Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team for home, condo, and land sales across the portfolio. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for each development. Coordinate and oversee sales training for the sales team. Manage the sale of homes and condos in vacation rental communities and full-time occupancy communities, both pre-construction and during construction. Oversee land sales, including paper and finished lots, commercial outparcels, and more. Lead event sales strategy and execution at resort communities. Manage REO sales.
