Manage daily operations for the sales department ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to industry standards. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for new and used powersports Recruit, train, and motivate a team of professionals fostering a culture of accountability and excellence Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing escalated issues and maintaining high satisfaction ratings Oversee inventory management, negotiating to secure competitive pricing and product availability suited to seasonal demands Monitor budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to maximize dealership profitability Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong presentation skills
Employee Success Profile:
Proven experience in a managerial role within a powersports dealership. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks. Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff alike. High School Diploma/GED is required Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test. Valid driver’s license Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal/communication skills Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills
