Based in Tampa, FL, we serve the Southeast through individually prepared meals, catering, bulk manufacturing, and other food solution needs that support our consumer and business clients. ReBuilt Meals is looking to add a Business Development Executive to our growing team. Job Overview The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying leads and completing the full sales process to close high-ticket deals that build and grow ReBuilt Meals bulk food initiative. This position is the first fully dedicated sales team member within the company and will work with current team members to transition responsibilities and improve collaborative internal sales processes. The ideal candidate must be highly experienced in business-to-business sales, build long-lasting relationships with clients that lead to contract renewals and increases, and have the drive and vision to help a small food solutions business continue to expand its footing in a new market. This position is for you if you’re able to identify, qualify, secure meetings, and build relationships with potential clients, can effectively evaluate opportunities to ensure all proposals are profitable, and are excited to have the major hand in developing the business development process and strategy for a growing local company with bold growth goals. Job Details Identifies, qualifies, and secures meetings with target clients Educates leads on Rebuilt Meals’ food solution options Listens to leads and critically evaluates opportunities to build custom proposals that deliver value by balancing the needs of the client and profitability Negotiates and secures contracts to achieve sales goals Completes RFP and RFQ to bid on contracts Partners with internal team members to effectively evaluate unique opportunities Works with Operations and Logistics to ensure the successful onboarding and ongoing care of clients Uses innovation and critical thinking to identify new revenue opportunities Maintains strong relationships with clients throughout the execution of their contracts to ensure client satisfaction and secure repeat business Travels and meets with clients in person through the sales process, including outside regular business hours when needed Performs other duties as assigned Requirements 5+ years of B2B sales experience (required) Experience selling food items preferred Ability to identify, qualify, and secure meetings with leads Needs to be able to create/draft RFP/RFQ or sales proposals Strong communication skills Ability to build and maintain effective relationships while still achieving sales goals Ability to apply critical thinking skills to evaluate opportunities A self-leader who can work under little supervision Desire to grow with a company that is growing in existing markets and entering new markets Full-time position The position is based out of the Tampa, FL office Must have own transportation to visit clients and prospective clients in and around the Tampa Bay area Ability to work outside standard business hours as needed to meet clients Benefits Health insurance reimbursement 401k with match Free weekly meals Supplemental insurance options Gym membership Paid time off Expense reimbursements

Pay:

The position is base pay plus commission. The base pay is $85,000 per year.
