Our board-certified physicians provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care—from diagnosis to rehabilitation. Position Overview We are seeking a top-producing Business Development Executive with a proven ability to drive high volumes of referrals from medical doctors, chiropractors and personal injury attorneys . Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong referral relationships with medical providers, chiropractors, and personal injury attorneys Consistently meet or exceed monthly referral goals Conduct in-person visits, cold calls, and scheduled meetings with referral sources Represent our practice at networking events, luncheons, and community functions Track activity and results using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus) Analyze ROI and manage marketing budgets effectively Qualifications 3-5+ years of successful B2B sales or marketing experience , ideally in medical or legal services Documented history of exceeding referral or sales targets Strong understanding of the Florida personal injury (PIP) landscape is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required for proven producers) Confident communicator with exceptional people skills Self-starter with strong time management and organizational abilities Must have reliable transportation, valid FL driver’s license, and current auto insurance Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + uncapped performance bonuses Top producers earn $100K-$150K+ annually Flexible work environment with autonomy and growth potential Opportunity to represent a respected and trusted medical brand How to Apply Apply with your resume , professional references , and a cover letter explaining why you’re the ideal candidate for this role.
