Catering & Events Sales Manager Blind Tiger Coffee Roasters 1517 West Cypress Street, Tampa, FL 33606 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations and ensure the successful execution of events. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for Hospitality, and the ability to negotiate effectively with clients and vendors. This role requires a blend of creativity in event planning and strategic marketing to enhance our catering services. Responsibilities Develop and implement catering menus tailored to client preferences and event themes. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations for events. Coordinate all aspects of catering events, including setup, service, and breakdown. Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for supplies and services. Oversee the training and management of catering staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote catering services through various channels, including event marketing initiatives. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during food preparation and service. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Assist in fundraising events by providing catering support that aligns with organizational goals.
