Company Man Studios – Part Time Director of New Business Development Company Man Studios Tampa, FL 33606 • Hybrid work Company Man Studios is looking for a self-driven, confident New Business Development Lead to work part-time in our high energy, collaborative creative environment. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of sales experience with an in-house marketing team, production company, or ad agency, and is excited to take on the role pursuing promising new business leads. Responsibilities:

Identify prospects, navigate prospective organizations to find decision makers Develop unique selling propositions of Company Man Studios, understand ideal client base Energetically and proactively pursue new clientele and effectively re-engage prospects Engage prospective clients, build relationships, initiate contact through various channels (cold calls, emails, in-person meetings, social media and local community associations) Schedule and facilitate high-value prospective client meetings with Company Man Studios leadership team Maintain relationships and communicate future opportunities Uphold ownership and accountability of sales projects Uphold strong sense of communication, integrity and schedule management

Required Skills and Experience:

3-5 years of B2B sales experience (agency/marketing sales experience preferred) 3-5 years of experience with commercial video production and animation workflow Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing/related field, or equivalent experience a plus Basic understanding of the capabilities of production tools and software, such as cinema cameras, Adobe Creative Suite and G&E Self-motivated, strategic-minded, results-focused with an outstanding work ethic Proven experience in new business development, sales, customer service, or a similar role – with experience closing deals and meeting sales goals Capable of building relationships with diverse clientele Ability to uphold confidentiality with client and internal information Proficiency with computers, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Comfortable with presenting to individuals and groups Local to Tampa Bay Area Ability to work independently or as part of a team Availability to work 20 +/- hours per week Ability to travel locally/domestically as needed Salary commensurate with experience.
