This role is encompasses bringing new patients into our practice through community marketing events, fostering relationships with referral sources, and creating corporate partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing, with a keen understanding of developing marketing materials and systems to track their referrals. Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to achieve growth objectives. Identify and pursue new opportunities through market research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with referring practices, marketing locations, and other small businesses which would refer patients. Collaborate with social media team to create effective campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation. Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance outreach efforts. Oversee advertising initiatives across various platforms, including print and digital. Conduct market research on our past patients to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Formulate marketing initiatives based off of the information acquired from market research. Requirements Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field. Strong knowledge of WordPress for website management and content updates. Strong knowledge of Canva and Excel for marketing material development and referral management. Familiarity with print advertising strategies and execution. Experience with marketing automation tools to optimize customer engagement. Proficient in social media marketing techniques to enhance brand visibility. Excellent copywriting skills for creating persuasive marketing content. Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. A proactive mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
