About the role The Regional Intake Manager oversees the Intake team for multiple office locations within a geographic territory. This individual is accountable for ensuring that all team members in the intake department are providing efficient processing of all new clients in accordance with the firm’s policies, regulations, and practices. The Regional Intake Manager will also collaborate with other departments to enhance our service, improve client experience, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of selling, collaboration, and accountability Accountable for maintaining a high level of engagement that results in a strong retention rate of team members Oversee and ensure appropriate training and development of team members Identify current gaps on the team regarding people, processes, or technology and recommend solutions for improvement/growth. May also be responsible for assisting in the implementation. Support the Associate Director of Business Development with establishing new and improved KPIs for region and ensure that Intake Managers are evaluating performance for their team Facilitate daily team meetings and 1:1’s with team members to review questions and any process updates Accountable for facilitating skip-level meetings with indirect reports to support with developing and improving processes Assist managers with highly complex or unique situations for their teams
Business Execution:
Responsible for delivering a business plan for offices that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls Ensure that office locations are submitting daily cash reports to the Finance team Audit client appointments and share feedback with team members on strengths and areas of improvement Collaborate cross-functionally with several business units to ensure alignment and execution of business development plans Recommend and implement strategies that drive revenue and foster client relationships Monitor and support the intake distribution for region to ensure we have the appropriate capacity to service current and future clients Ensure that all team members are following approved sales scripts and verbiage as provided by the legal team Handle high priority client escalations As needed, review and approve discount requests While visiting site location, conduct walk-throughs to ensure the office is providing a welcoming, clean environment
Reporting & Metrics:
Track and report on key performance indicators with managers including: case type knowledge, conversion rates, revenue, and projections, intake form corrections, intake appointment issues, and billing Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on business development activities, progress, and results Qualifications Essential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Possesses excellent bilingual (English and Spanish) interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal World class selling skills Ability to lead and develop teams and individuals Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and time manage themselves and others, including ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate when appropriate Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, DropBox, and Case Management or related software Minimum Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish and English) Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred (7 or more years of experience may substitute for a degree). 5 years prior work experience leading a team in a similar field Experience managing multiple locations
