The ideal candidate will possess in-depth industry knowledge, a strong understanding of automotive aftermarket dynamics, and a track record of building successful sales channels and dealer networks in the PPF space. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue, expanding market share, developing high-performing teams, and building strong relationships with key clients and partners in the automotive protection industry. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Market Penetration Develop and execute a robust sales strategy focused on expanding the PPF segment across the US and Canada. Collaborate with distributors and sales representatives to acquire new dealers and service centers. Drive adoption of PPF among premium car dealerships, detailing centers, and auto body shops. Channel Development & Key Accounts Grow the dealer network and direct customer base through structured engagement and field activities. Build and manage strong relationships with car dealerships, detailing studios, service centers, and installers. Develop white-label opportunities and private brand deals with auto service networks and large retail groups. Marketing & Market Intelligence Partner with the marketing team to craft compelling campaigns targeting the automotive protection segment. Gather and share competitive insights to influence pricing strategies, product enhancements, and channel focus. Execution & Performance Meet or exceed sales targets, acquisition goals, and revenue KPIs. Ensure strict compliance with all sales and corporate policies. Implement all PPF-focused action plans derived from broader marketing strategies. Key Deliverables Sales growth in the PPF vertical across US Expansion of authorized installers and PPF dealers Development of strategic relationships with auto brands and large dealership chains Execution of market-specific campaigns and white-label partnerships Required Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Experience 8-10 Above years of relevant sales experience in the US market, preferably in PPF, automotive accessories, or automotive aftermarket products. Proven ability to scale dealer networks and manage large B2B relationships. Skills & Competencies Deep understanding of the automotive detailing and protection film market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite. Analytical and target-driven with strong organizational capabilities.
