  • ♦ Chase down new leads and build relationships like a networking ninja ♦ Own your hotel segment strategy—forecasting, negotiating, and bringing in big wins ♦ Create strategic roadmaps to grow your segment and turn prospects into loyal clients ♦ Travel up to 50% to meet clients, tour properties, and show off what Atrium can do ♦ Stay plugged in with industry events to boost brand visibility and uncover new business ♦ Analyze the competition and help your team win with smart, data-driven insights ♦ Collaborate with hotel sales teams to ensure client needs are perfectly executed •What We Are Looking For•♦ A seasoned sales pro with at least 5 years in hotel sales or multi-property sales ♦ Someone who’s hit (or crushed) a $3M+ sales goal before ♦ A road warrior comfortable with 50% travel and high-energy events ♦ Confident communicator who thrives on building long-term client connections ♦ Pro at sales systems like Delphi.
