YOUR MISSION :
We need a very special person to manage our staff and handle program consultations.
We need someone who:
Has a passion for a holistic, non-invasive approach to health, wellness, and beauty. Is very upbeat but able to get others to be productive Has sales experience and ability but more importantly cares about others and is willing to persist and help others buy the services that will help them achieve their goals Is willing to be trained on our management system Great communication and customer service skills Has some marketing background and willingness to do networking and marketing activities Has some prior retail, salon, or service business management experience Is looking for stability and a long-term challenging game with a rewarding future Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, CNA, MA, Cosmetology, or Esthetician licensing is a plus but not a must. Most importantly you must have a purpose to help others transform their bodies and be able to apply “tough love” when needed, to help them get the best results. Sales experience is important; you must be able to sign up new clients, and get positive reviews, referrals, and resign ups from existing clients. This is a key part of how we expand the company and how your bonuses can be earned. Must be willing to work Saturdays. The schedule for this position is full-time, Tuesday-Saturday. Day shifts (hours may vary slightly due to patient scheduling; typically from 9 am til 5 pm).
