What You’ll Do Recruit and Develop Talent:

Build and guide a team of licensed sales representatives, helping them thrive in the employee benefits industry.

Drive New Business Production:

Lead your team to success while developing your personal book of business, creating an additional income stream.

Build Relationships:

Engage with business owners, group benefits brokers, and HR professionals to offer tailored employee benefits strategies and enrollment solutions. Personal Production – Earn commissions, bonuses, and renewals based on the business you submit.
