Full Job Description Opportunity:
Hotel Sales Manager (Hospitality) We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is responsible for driving revenue by managing existing accounts and securing new business across multiple segments, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and exceeding sales goals.

Area or Regional Sales Leadership Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source and close new business while maintaining relationships with existing clients. Use effective sales techniques to secure bookings, negotiate terms, and grow account revenue. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services for group and individual business. Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Represent the hotel at networking events, tradeshows, and local business functions. Analyze trends and competition to inform strategic sales efforts. Maintain accurate documentation and client communication through CRM systems. Participate in community and sustainability initiatives where applicable. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Preferred Experience:
Hospitality sales experience preferred, particularly within Hilton systems and standards . Familiarity with Delphi FDC or other CRM platforms strongly encouraged. Experience in extended stay sales is a plus. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Professional demeanor with the ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
Some local travel is required for client meetings, site visits, and events. Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays based on client needs. Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
