TINA Stephens is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and quick-learning individual to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the frontline of customer outreach—connecting with clients via phone, email, and other channels to build lasting relationships and drive in-store and online purchases. You’ll also play a key behind-the-scenes role in keeping our operations running smoothly, assisting with everything from inventory management to website updates and daily store communication.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct proactive outreach to customers via email, phone, and follow-up campaigns Support customer engagement strategies Assist in managing product inventory, including receiving shipments and tracking stock Support website content updates, product listings, and basic back-end edits Develop and assist in various social media initiatives Communicate with store team on daily needs, events, and operational tasks Jump in on special projects and provide general support where needed

What You Bring:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills A self-starter mindset and both and eagerness and ability to learn quickly High attention to detail and organizational finesse Confidence juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic setting Interest in fashion and retail is a big plus Ability to effectively use AI is a big plus
