We’re expanding fast and looking for a Sales Manager to take full ownership of our sales department. This is a high-impact, executive-track role for someone who thrives in a leadership position and wants to build and scale a high-performing sales team from the ground up. Who This Role Is For This is not a sales rep role—it’s a leadership position with full responsibility over revenue. You will manage the pipeline, train new reps monthly, enforce standards, and build a high-performance culture. You’re a great fit if you: Have a proven background leading high-ticket sales teams Are confident owning revenue and results Know how to hire, train, and lead closers and setters to quota Thrive under clear KPIs and performance benchmarks Are strategic and tactical—you can zoom out to see the system and zoom in to fix a broken close rate Want to grow into a VP of Sales or CRO role as the company scales What You’ll Be Doing Leading and managing the entire sales function, reporting directly to the Founders Hiring, onboarding, and training new sales reps each month (closers and setters) Setting and enforcing team KPIs and performance benchmarks Tracking and optimizing team performance across HubSpot, Aloware, Calendly, and Zoom Collaborating with leadership to refine offers, objections, messaging, and positioning Providing ongoing coaching and accountability through 1-on-1s, team reviews, and call audits Building and improving systems, SOPs, and workflows for predictable revenue Managing forecasting and reporting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance

Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00
PM Location:
Must be in Tampa, FL or willing to relocate within 30 days from start
Manages:
Closers, Setters, and future sales hires What You Bring 3+ years of sales leadership experience in a high-ticket, high-volume sales environment Proven ability to lead a team to meet or exceed quotas Experience with CRM oversight, sales reporting, and pipeline management Strong hiring and training instincts with a playbook for team growth Deep understanding of sales psychology, objection handling, and closing frameworks Exceptional communicator and culture-setter with high standards Familiarity with HubSpot, Aloware, Zoom, and other sales tools Compensation and Growth Opportunity On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 – $150,000+, with uncapped bonus potential Clear promotion path to VP of Sales or CRO Why Join Us You’ll step into a leadership role at a fast-growing real estate investment and education company with a national reputation and massive momentum.
