Job Description
Sales Manager – Residential Standby Generators Kenerator Tampa, FL 33624 Suncoast Power Solutions is hiring someone responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals focused on selling whole-home backup power solutions to residential customers.
This role involves:
Sales Team Leadership:
Managing, motivating, and training a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Developing and implementing sales plans, strategies, and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share.
Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including homeowners, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification:
Conducting market research, analyzing the competitive landscape, and identifying new sales opportunities.
Product Knowledge & Expertise:
Maintaining a deep understanding of generator products, technologies, and their applications in residential settings.
Sales Process Management:
Overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including quoting, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
Reporting & Analysis:
Tracking sales performance, analyzing key metrics, and providing regular reports to management.
Collaboration & Communication:
Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, engineering, and customer service, to ensure seamless sales and customer support.
Skills and Qualifications:
Sales Experience:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a technical or consultative sales environment.
Leadership Skills:
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
Product Knowledge:
Strong understanding of generator technology, applications, and the competitive landscape.
Sales Process Management:
Experience in managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
CRM Proficiency:
Familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer data, sales pipelines, and reporting.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve issues related to sales, customer relationships, and product performance.
Technical Aptitude:
Understanding of basic electrical and mechanical concepts related to generator systems.

$90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
