SUMMARY:

Under direction of Senior Director, the Senior Delivery Performance Specialist ensures the alignment of technology investments with organizational goals. This role is responsible for implementing accountability measures to optimize the recruiting function within the organization. The Senior Delivery Performance Specialist focuses on skill development to support evolving firm priorities and drives recruiting accountability to achieve performance excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the enablement and accountability for all required recruiting activities, providing direct and targeted strategic input and consultative guidance.
Drive accountability measures to ensure recruiters meet performance metrics and organizational goals.
Prepare and present regular reports on recruiting performance to firm leadership.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruiting to keep the organization competitive in the talent market.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive the end-to-end lifecycle for new delivery-related technologies.
Support internal stakeholders and leaders to ensure appropriate staffing levels and capacity for the recruiting function.
Identify areas for process improvement and work with stakeholders to implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide input on improving methods, processes, operations, or practices to ensure recruiting performance excellence.
Interface with revenue executives, sales leaders, delivery leaders, and other internal personnel regarding delivery training, performance, and functions.
Ensure proper training activities are in place and evolve with firm priorities (Integrated Strategy, AI).
Function as a liaison between revenue executives, delivery leaders, and IT leadership, assisting with special projects and initiatives as prioritized by leaders.
Collaborate with delivery leaders and revenue leaders in the areas of consultant experience programs, operating models, structure, capability, accountability, measurement, and direction.
Assist with projects or other tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
5+ years of related work experience, preferably within the staffing industry.
Some management experience is preferred.
