We are looking for a proven Telemarketing Manager with extensive experience in managing high-performance call center teams. The ideal candidate MUST have a successful track record in leading telemarketing teams, optimizing call strategies, and driving sales appointments and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of lead setters to generate high-quality sales leads and appointments. Develop and implement effective call scripts, sales techniques, and performance strategies to maximize results. Train, coach, and mentor lead setters to enhance productivity and efficiency. Monitor call center performance metrics and ensure team members meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Optimize dialing strategies, CRM usage, and lead follow-up processes for peak performance. Maintain a positive and energetic work environment that fosters motivation and teamwork. Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulations and company policies.
