SUMMARY:
The Territory Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing field operations within a designated geographic region, ensuring the successful delivery of flooring installation and construction projects. This role includes managing field crews, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining customer relationships to meet company goals for quality, safety, and efficiency. The Territory Manager is also expected to drive continuous improvement, enforce company standards, and serve as a key liaison between field teams and internal departments. OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS
Oversee field operations and daily activities across multiple flooring installation job sites within assigned territory. Supervise and schedule field crews and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Conduct job site visits to ensure proper execution, address challenges, and promote safe working environments. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues and maintaining positive relationships. Monitor and report on job progress, labor usage, and material requirements. Ensure job sites are compliant with all applicable safety, quality, and company policies. Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, and Procurement teams to align resources for upcoming projects. Provide mentorship and leadership to field personnel to improve productivity and performance. Respond promptly to urgent issues including project delays, customer concerns, and safety incidents.
