Job Description

Territory Sales Manager BHI Doors Tampa, FL • Remote https://buildershardwareflorida.com/ ABOUT US In 1954, BHI Doors began as a residential hardware wholesaler, then over time, BHI started distributing exterior doors, glass, and other door system components. After continued success in this area, BHI began to manufacture our own Pre-Hung Entry Door System. In April of 2022, BHI was purchased by Trimlite, LLC. Since 1983, Trimlite has been a manufacturer and distributor of both exterior and interior doors.

This is a remote based role with required travel and is open to individuals residing within the Tampa, Lakeland, and Orlando area. This is a 100%

COMMISSIONS

based role with an established book of business. The Territory Sales Manager will grow unit and dollar sales for the array of BHI product selection within the Tampa, Lakeland, Orlando, and Ocala/Gainesville territory. The individual will travel to current accounts, solicit new business on a structured schedule, and assist with product training initiatives for our customer base. The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for meeting goals set by the Director of Sales on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in general building material sales, strong product knowledge capability, and a proven ability to maintain customer relationships. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, industry insight, and a results-driven mindset. Responsibilities Travel within designated territory daily on a disciplined schedule to service current and potential new customers Train and educate clients on new product offerings and other potential services Address customer complaints and resolve with management as needed Assist customers with resolving service issues on product Communicate with supervisor and other sales representatives on orders Attend sales meetings at the Tampa headquarters several times a year Qualifications Valid Driver’s License with dependable transportation Ability to travel in order to do business with overnights 25% of the time Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills Ability to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Physical Demands Ability to lift 25-50 lbs unassisted to move product Ability to sit/drive in a vehicle for extend periods of time
