This person is responsible for aiding other sales representatives in generating leads and maintaining business relationships with customers. Candidate should be able to create and maintain a courteous, positive, and professional attitude with clients. Additional duties include managing personal sales pipeline. Qualifying prospects, confirming appointments, and ensuring a high level of communication and service to our customers fall within this responsibility.

Properly manage assigned territories to maximize effectiveness. Educate prospects on local, renewable energy solutions through canvassing efforts. Identify pre-qualified candidates and schedule consultations. Determine customer needs and how we can deliver quality service. Maintain relationships with prospects. Meet regularly with upper-management to review sales performance, measure results and set goals. Expand skillsets to deliver strong presentations to renewable energy candidates. Develop strong relationships with clients to convert them into raving fans. Leading 2-3 weekly local sales meetings and trainings. Lead and train other sales people on all of the above responsibilities. Lead the team from the front through attitude, work ethic and individual sales performance.
