In this role, you will selling catering jobs in the Fort Myers-Cape Coral district. You will support the catering operations by assisting with food preparation, service, delivery and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in various settings, including events. Responsibilities Create sales in the market for 4 stores. Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items according to established recipes and standards. Set up and break down catering events, ensuring all equipment and supplies are organized. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during events. Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and reporting shortages. Skills Experience in the food service industry, particularly in catering or restaurant settings.
