You will serve as a strategic partner to sales, finance, and legal teams, helping structure profitable deals while improving operational efficiency and accelerating sales cycles. Experience 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, FP&A, or a similar role—preferably in a technology or MSP environment. Experience supporting sales teams with quoting, pricing, and contract negotiation. Proven experience working with CRM and CPQ systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, ConnectWise, etc.). Additional Responsibilities Oversee and streamline the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, ensuring timely review and approval of all sales deals. Input deal information into Entech’s CRM systems throughout the opportunity lifecycle. Build out agreement information in ConnectWise and other business systems when deals are closed-won. Act as a trusted advisor to the sales teams and partner success teams by providing guidance on pricing, contract structure, and deal strategy. Validate deals for accuracy, profitability, and alignment with internal policies and customer contract standards. Track and report key performance metrics, win/loss data, deal velocity, and margins to drive informed decisions. Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, and Service Delivery to ensure seamless deal execution and client onboarding. Continuously identify and implement improvements in deal desk processes, templates, and approval workflows. Maintain and update pricing tools, product catalogs, and discounting guidelines to ensure accuracy and alignment with company objectives. Develop and maintain internal deal desk documentation, including process maps, SLAs, and escalation paths. Provide deal coaching on complex or non-standard contracts and facilitate approvals for custom terms. Create and manage templates for quotes, proposals, and order forms to ensure consistency and professionalism. Maintain alignment with company revenue recognition policies and contract compliance guidelines. Train and onboard new sales team members on deal desk processes, tools, and pricing structures. Conduct regular audits of closed deals to ensure contractual and pricing accuracy. Serve as the internal escalation point for deal-related issues or roadblocks. Skills and Abilities Strong analytical and financial acumen with attention to detail. Proficient with CRM systems, preferably ConnectWise and Hubspot Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Certifications and Licenses Certified Deal Desk Professional (CDDP) preferred. Project Management Professional desired. Valid Florida Driver’s License required.
