We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Fort Myers, FL. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the sales process. MUST have experience working with Builders, Designers and Architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and training as needed Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process
Skills and Qualifications:
