What You’ll Do:

Be the Right Hand to Leadership Provide direct administrative and project support to the VP of Sales and Marketing, ensuring they can focus on big-picture strategy while you handle the details. Keep leadership informed with timely reports, performance metrics, and key insights that help drive decision-making. Follow up on important action items, ensuring accountability across teams . Handle any needs that come up, day to day Keep Sales Operations Running Smoothly Manage and distribute daily KPI reports , ensuring accuracy and visibility across teams. Assist in the research, development, and rollout of new sales initiatives . Act as the support liaison between sales and operations/corporate Help support sales team recognition programs What We’re Looking For Organized and detail-oriented: You thrive in structure, manage multiple projects seamlessly, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
