- -Essential duties:
- -Learn and Understand Company providedsystems to fully track, record, follow-up, and capture all relatedsales activities in a timely and accurate manner. Use of the systemshould contribute directly to the proposal process, winning thesale, total
- volume, territory awareness, participation andcustomers satisfaction.
- Understand, and uses manufacturesprograms and resources to attain acceptable market share levels
- Sells whole goods, parts, and service as a customer solutionand build long term relationships within their territory tominimize personal and company goals
- Develops a keenawareness of the competition and competitive products, as well asbusiness and industry trends
- Coordinates and conduct fielddemonstrations as well as operate machinery at customer work sites
- Develop a strong knowledge of used equipment values and beable to evaluate properly for trading purposes
- Works inconjunction with Sales Coordinators responsible for follow-up andexpediting of dealership orders
- Accountable for timelyfollow up on each sale to ensure customer satisfaction
- -Coordinates and/or communicates with customers and applicabledepartments to ensure timely delivery
- Has the ability todrive a truck with a trailer loaded with construction equipmentsafely
- Follows all safety rules and regulations whileperforming work assignments and adhere to all policies andprocedures as specified in company manuals and employee handbook
- Proactively seeks and participates in available companysponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledgebase and skill set
- Performs all other dutiesassigned
Required Education, Experience & Qualifications:
- -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 yearsprior Outside Sales experience required
- Solid performancehistory
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Superiorcommunication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customerservice skills
- Excellent computer skills proficient inMicrosoft Office programs
- Must be physically able to workin a job sites, indoor-outdoor environment
- Must bephysically able to lift up to 50lbs, bending, squatting, crouching,and reaching
