With a reputation for quality, integrity, and long-term client relationships, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and elevate our market presence. Position Summary The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department, including team leadership, strategy development, goal setting, performance monitoring, and direct customer engagement. This role requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of the roofing industry, a passion for mentoring sales professionals, and a strong ability to close deals and expand market share. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate a team of outside and inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to capture new business and expand existing accounts within both residential and commercial sectors. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Set clear KPIs, track sales performance, and report progress to senior leadership. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, builders, property managers, and insurance adjusters. Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives. Ensure accurate and timely use of CRM tools and sales reporting systems. Partner with production and operations teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular ride-alongs, performance reviews, and pipeline reviews with the sales team. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, installation methods, warranties, and compliance regulations. Represent the company at industry events, networking groups, and local associations as needed. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the roofing or construction industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling teams. In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, estimating, and the sales process. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales talent.
