Project Manager / Business Development – Drywall Contractor (Healthcare Focus)

A well-established drywall contractor with over 30 years of success across the U.S. is seeking a Project Manager with Business Development expertise to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to lead drywall projects in the healthcare sector while actively building relationships with general contractors and being the local face of a respected brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage commercial drywall projects from start to closeout, with a focus on hospitals and medical centers
Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, especially in the healthcare space
Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings
Provide estimating support and contribute to sales efforts as needed
Work from the office when not meeting with clients or visiting jobsites
Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience
Proven ability to manage drywall and metal framing projects
Strong connections with general contractors
Estimating/sales background highly desirable
Comfortable representing the company at events and meetings
