This position requires a dynamic, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Supports Sales and Marketing Alignment:
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that drive new home sales.
System Management :
Become a proficient user of sales management systems (e.g., Sales Simplicity, Function Point) to generate and analyze reports that inform sales strategies and performance optimization.
Administrative Support :
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, creating presentations, and coordinating sales initiatives.
Sales Data Analysis:
Conduct an in-depth analysis of sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop actionable recommendations to enhance sales productivity.
Contract and Closing Management:
Oversee contract approval, verification, and closing processes, ensuring compliance with established timelines and procedures. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Team Support:
Provide training, support, and troubleshooting assistance to foster a positive and efficient sales team environment.
Customer Focus:
Maintain open communication with buyers, lenders, title companies, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth closing process.
Additional Responsibilities:
Coordinate with various departments, including construction, finance, warranty, and customer service, to ensure a seamless sales process. Work closely with sales, marketing, and homebuilding teams on joint initiatives. Assist with training new sales team members. Verify reservation and contract dates to ensure compliance with established time requirements. Provide technical sales support to the sales team. Prepare and distribute monthly cancellation reports. Identify strategic opportunities for improvement in sales processes. Maintain scheduled contact with buyers, title companies, and lenders. Process earnest money deposits. Process contract cancellations and issue refunds. Assist with the coordination of new neighborhood and product launches. Update lot premium, base, and incentive pricing. Prepare and submit marketing request forms. Assist with the planning and implementation of sales initiatives. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and marketing reports. Education and Experience:
High School Diploma required, Associate’s Degree preferred 2+ years of administrative experience in Sales and Marketing preferred 2+ years of customer service experience preferred 2+ years of experience in closing, real estate, or a mortgage-related field required CRM computer experience preferred Home Building Industry experience is strongly preferred Notary License required
Skills and Knowledge:
Proven administrative experience with a strong aptitude for data analysis and reporting.
