This role involves identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of service satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to increase air freight service sales to SMB customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the air freight sector. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in air freight. Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet sales targets. Provide training and support to junior sales staff regarding air freight services and sales techniques. Qualifications Proven experience in air freight sales or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets. Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses (SMB) is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
