This individual will identify staffing needs, present customized solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare organizations. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events. Conduct client meetings to understand staffing needs and promote our services. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure candidate placements align with client requirements. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Track sales activity and update CRM systems regularly. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare staffing, healthcare services, or a related field. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and staffing models (per diem, travel, temp-to-perm, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
