Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business DevelopmentManager to join our growing firm. This role is ideal for anambitious professional who excels at building strategicrelationships and sourcing new business opportunities in the highlycompetitive property insurance litigation sector. The successfulcandidate will leverage their networking skills and industryexpertise to drive new client acquisition and foster long-termpartnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans for sourcing new clientsand referral relationships, focusing primarily on property damageclaims.
• Identify, pursue, and nurture relationships with key referralsources, including public adjusters, contractors, restorationcompanies, real estate professionals, insurance brokers, andcommunity organizations.
• Organize and attend networking events, conferences, andmeetings to represent the firm and enhance our brand visibility andreputation.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of market trends and competitoractivities to position the firm strategically.
• Collaborate closely with the firm’s attorneys and support staffto ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and outstanding clientsatisfaction.
• Provide regular performance metrics and analytics on businessdevelopment activities, demonstrating ROI and areas for growth.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven success in business development, sales, ormarketing, ideally within the legal, property insurance, or relatedindustries.
• Extensive professional network within the Florida propertyinsurance, public adjusting, or real estate markets is highlypreferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentationskills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnershipsand referral networks.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and aresults-oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel locally within Florida for networking andclient meetings as needed.
