Business Development Manager 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Miami, FL 33172 • Hybrid work As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and building strong relationships within the professional beauty industry. You will leverage your expertise and network to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and enhance our brand visibility. Duties Identify/qualify leads within beauty clinics, day spas, and wellness centers. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth targets. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including MDs, spa owners, and industry professionals. Conduct industry market research about trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and ) Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management Requirements Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field Strong strategic planning and project management skills Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
