Our platform connects direct funders, brokers, and Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) through a seamless, all-in-one ecosystem that simplifies deal submission, underwriting, communication, and funding management.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and onboarding new ISO partners, managing existing relationships, and increasing qualified deal flow. This role requires a deep understanding of MCA, funding processes, and industry dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new ISO (Independent Sales Organization) partners to drive consistent deal submissions. Manage and grow relationships with ISOs, brokers, and direct merchants to ensure high-quality MCA submissions. Educate partners on product offerings, underwriting criteria, and funding processes to increase conversion rates. Track and analyze deal pipelines, submission quality, and partner performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed. Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and operations teams to ensure a seamless funding experience for merchants. Stay current with MCA industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Attend industry events, networking meetings, and virtual conferences to expand your network and generate new leads. Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales and volume targets.
Requirements:
2-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the MCA industry. Established network of ISO relationships and/or merchant clients preferred. Strong understanding of MCA deal structures, risk profiles, underwriting guidelines, and funding cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM systems, submission portals, and MCA platforms.
Compensation:
Base salary + aggressive commission + performance bonuses
