Fluent in both English and Spanish Responsibilities Marketing Solutions Expert Act as a Marketing Solutions Expert In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners Oversee internal account operations (e.g., troubleshooting issues, account setup, etc.) Serve as external product consultant, educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions Relationship Management Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.) Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams Media & Measurement Strategy and Implementation Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance Project Management and Internal Operations Project manage complex and dynamic work streams Proficient in advising Client solutions to drive brand and performance outcomes Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, and/or account management roles Experience working with digital media in Latin America in one of the following: Platform, advertiser, agency, or representative/reseller Experience aligning a global strategy with regional/local counterparts Experience with Excel, analyzing datasets, and delivering insights Problem-solving experience, navigating complexity Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing C-level executives Demonstrated experience presenting ideas Fluent in both Spanish and English Preferred Qualifications Knowledge and familiarity of Consumer-Packaged Goods or Retail category Deep understanding of Client’s products and solutions to independently inform media/creative recommendations Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, creator partnerships) BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field Experience using SQL, running forecasting analysis, and implementing solutions based on data insights Top 3 Must-Have HARD Skills Digital advertising (worked on ad side, partner side, or client side) High ability to solve problems Work with others (cross-functional partners), including working with around 20-25 advertisers Expert in the industry performance marketing Good to Have Skills Proactiveness a must Proven experience being independent
