$139K – $186K a year 1 day ago Qualifications Management 5 years Master’s degree Bachelor’s degree Senior level Leadership Financial acumen Full Job Description Miami, FL Full-Time JMH Summary The Director of Business Development, Cardiovascular, Transplant and Neurosurgery, develops relations, executes, and tracks a multifaceted business strategy for assigned locations and/or services at Jackson Memorial Hospital while also overseeing operational functions associated with the onboarding of new referred patients and physicians. The position nurtures and grows our cardiovascular, transplant and neurosurgery programs through direct interaction with physicians and referral sources, as well as cross-departmental coordination among clinical, operational, capital, financial, and marketing leaders. Responsibilities Develop and implement multifaceted business strategies for assigned services and locations Lead cross-departmental coordination among clinical, capital, marketing, operations, and financial teams Support onboarding processes for new referred patients and physicians Drive and track strategic growth plans for transplant, cardiovascular, and neurosurgery programs Align initiatives with market data, institutional priorities, program capacity, and financial objectives Monitor market trends and propose adjustments to business strategies based on evolving dynamics Create or contribute to market analyses to identify new program or partnership opportunities Manage real-time tracking and reporting of strategic plans and business metrics Represent Jackson Memorial as a trusted leader and liaison to external physician and referral networks Ensure timely support and responsiveness to provider needs across credentialing, IT, and marketing Strengthen brand visibility in clinics, physician offices, and community locations Partner with marketing and outreach teams to enhance impact of health system programs Recommend strategic, financial, and operational priorities to senior leadership Advise executive leadership and supervise assigned staff, including hiring and performance management Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies Perform other duties as assigned to support service line success Experience Generally requires 5 to 10 years of related experience. Management experience is required. Education Bachelor’s degree in related field is required. Master’s degree is strongly preferred. Skill Demonstrates the following

Unit Specific Credential Working Conditions Physical Requirements – Job function is sedentary in nature and requires sitting for extended periods of time.
