This senior-level role is a critical part of the team’s commercial growth strategy, responsible for developing new, high-impact sponsorship revenue across a broad mix of categories. With major venue and event activations on the horizon – including national and international sports events – his is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of live entertainment in South Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential brand partners across diverse industries. Lead the creation and presentation of customized sponsorship solutions. Negotiate complex, multi-year agreements with input from cross-functional stakeholders. Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of partnership programs. Maintain detailed sales reporting, including pipeline status, revenue tracking, and performance metrics. Consistently deliver or exceed annual sponsorship revenue targets.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship deals and exceeding sales quotas. experience in partnership development or sponsorship sales in sports, entertainment, or media. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed for games, activations, and meetings.
