Job Description
Description The role of the Inside Sales Manager is to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. Receive inbound calls from customers, completes orders, and provide customer service on orders. Personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers. Support the Sales Director in the day-to-day supervision of local Inside Sales team.
Key accountabilities:
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
- Coordinate sales efforts with the Sale Director and the Global Sales Teams engaging other areas of the business including Accounting, Operations, Purchasing, Repairs and Asset Management.
- Support Sales Director by providing daily supervision of team including work allocation, adoption of new processes and activities, day to day personnel issue and reporting.
- Deliver customer satisfaction through the timely, efficient and accurate processing of enquiries, sales orders, expedite requests, web shop enquiries.
- Work proactively at all times to ensure orders are processed in accordance with the customer requirements and any issues are raised to the customer in a professional manner taking full accountability for your actions.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Maintain a constant focus on cost and continuously seek ways to reduce spend and maximize cost efficiency.
- Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
- Adopt a flexible approach and put the needs of the business above those of the role; take on additional responsibilities whenever the customer or business requires it.
- Maintain consistent achievement of delivery targets and performance goals.

Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $68000.00 – $68000.00/yr.
