POSITION SUMMARY
ESI is seeking an Inside Sales Manager who is responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. The Sales Manager will also receive inbound calls from customers, personally contact and secure new business accounts, and support the Sales Director in the day-to-day supervision of local Inside Sales team.
QUALIFICATIONS
5-10 years of experience in the commercial aircraft surplus parts trading sector (strongly desired). Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving, ability to determine solutions for customers. Experience of working with different departments and levels of staff. Excellent process knowledge. 5-10 years of managerial experience. Change management skills. Commercial acumen. Ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, push a cart, or lift during the entire shift Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, including small packages and supplies
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services. Coordinate sales efforts with the Sale Director and the Global Sales Teams engaging other areas of the business including Accounting, Operations, Purchasing, Repairs and Asset Management. Support Sales Director by providing daily supervision of team including work allocation, adoption of new processes and activities, day to day personnel issue and reporting. Deliver customer satisfaction through the timely, efficient and accurate processing of enquiries, sales orders, expedite requests, web shop enquiries. Work proactively at all times to ensure orders are processed in accordance with the customer requirements and any issues are raised to the customer in a professional manner taking full accountability for your actions. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints. Maintain a constant focus on cost and continuously seek ways to reduce spend and maximize cost efficiency. Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas. Adopt a flexible approach and put the needs of the business above those of the role; take on additional responsibilities whenever the customer or business requires it.
