The position is Hybrid – Must live in the Miami-Dade area and will cover the designated area within Miami-Dade reporting to the Director of Sales for Miami-Dade.

Account Executive Responsibilities:
Works in partnership with State leader and operations teams on growth strategies and initiatives to align with company growth objectives. Initiates contact with strategic prospects through cold calls and outreach efforts. Assists in the planning and execution of industry and prospect events. Engage in meaningful follow up with prospects at various stages of the sales process to ensure their needs are addressed. Nurtures industry relationships with attorney, vendors and clients. Effectively presenting and demonstrating the value proposition of products and services to potential buyers. Analyzing data to identify trends and inform sales strategies. Remaining updated on company offerings and industry developments. Maintaining an organized database of contacts. Maintaining an organized and updated pipeline Attending industry networking events to further strengthen and generate business relationships with vendors and clients Participate in the proposal building process, including price development, proposal writing and client presentations Manage time effectively based on top priorities Oversee multiple sales processes at a time while timely responding to clients Ability to work extended hours and weekends if needed Cultivating enduring, mutually beneficial relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams to enhance the customer experience. Plus other work-related tasks as needed.
Account Executive Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Additional education or experience in outside sales and lead generation. Proficiency in company offerings and industry trends. Drive and energy to manage multiple leads concurrently while seeking out new opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to discern client needs and navigate the negotiation process. Strong time management abilities. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office and CRM software. Valid Drivers License is required
Pay and Benefits:
$80,000 to $90,000 + highly competitive incentive compensation based on results, depending on education and experience.
