We have a newrole available for a Business Development Director to join our USteam in our Miami Studio, to expand our client base and generatenew and sustained revenue streams. This is a fantastic new role andrare opportunity to lead on the growth of the business and requiresextensive business development, new business, sales, and pitchingexperience in a closely related industry.

About The Role:

This rolereports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will seek toidentify and negotiate with new and existing clients consisting ofdevelopers, architecture and design practices, as well as privateclients. You will be responsible for leading on winning newbusiness opportunities as well as drafting and delivering a newbusiness strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring newbusiness marketing campaigns are executed to the highest standardpossible. The role is a mixture of hands-on day-to-day bidding fornew projects and clients as well as an overall business developmentstrategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Forge relationships with key industry contacts, developers,architects, and companies to win new business leads. Proactively seek out new business opportunities and managerelationships effectively. Manage RFPs and pitches. Develop, deliver, and refine a new business strategy. Plan and oversee new marketing opportunities. Attend key industry events with the aim of meeting newpotential clients. Research and report on new business opportunities. Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients tomaintain and improve service level agreements. Create innovative proposals and campaigns to attract newclients. Utilize and guide Team Director with systematic clientoutreach.

Skills and Qualifications:

Degree in Business development or a closely relatedsubject. 7+ years experience in a related environment; visualization,architecture & design, agency, media, or advertising. Proven experience of winning new business, businessdevelopment, negotiation, and pitching. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of ateam to meet deadlines. Project management skills and the ability to prioritize acrossmultiple projects. Proficient with Microsoft and Google suites. Ability to reportand analyze data.

The successful candidate will have extensiveindustry knowledge, contacts, and be well connected in the realestate development and design industries as well as a proven trackrecord of winning new business. You will have extensive experiencein business development and a keen interest in the world ofvisualization, architecture, and real estate marketing. You willwork collaboratively with the team and be passionate andenthusiastic about leading the business growth. You will be highlyprofessional with strong time management and negotiationskills.
