Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Miami. This role is focused on expanding revenue and building strategic partnerships within the international freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business development and expand our client portfolio
Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients and overseas agents
Lead a remote team across Brazil, Colombia, and Spain
Grow our agentwork within WCA and Parnity alliances
Attend WCA conferences to maximise new opportunities
Identify market trends and emerging business prospects
Collaborate across departments to ensure operational success
Requirements:
6-7+ years’ experience in international freight forwarding sales
Experience working with agents (overseas/local)
Bilingual:
English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus
Strongmunication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage remote teams
Willingness to travel for industry events and meetings
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary:
$80,000 – $120,000 USD + performance-based bonus
