Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily sales operations and support sales team Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales Handle client communications and follow-ups Resolve in-store issues calmly and efficiently Lead by example with a respectful and professional attitude Ensure the store runs smoothly during all shifts

Requirements:

Previous retail experience in sales or management (jewelry experience a plus!) Bilingual (Spanish/English) Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
