We are looking for a talented and driven Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts at our brand-new interior design store, specializing in acoustic panels, stone veneer, WPC, and PU stone. With 13 showroom locations and growing fast, we’re expanding our presence — and we need a strong leader to help us take it to the next level. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible not only for driving sales but also for recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales representatives under you. Our company works closely with contractors and interior designers, offering high-quality, innovative design materials — and we’re looking for someone who can lead with passion and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a high-performing sales team Train, motivate, and oversee individual sales reps Develop and implement sales strategies to meet location goals Handle key client relationships and support major deals Collaborate with management to analyze performance and optimize processes Ensure excellent customer experience in the showroom
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales management or team leadership Strong sales skills and ability to meet/exceed targets Excellent communication and leadership abilities Highly organized with strong time management skills Goal-oriented, self-driven, and proactive Experience working with CRM systems (preferred) Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) Background or interest in design, architecture, or construction is a big advantage If you’re looking for an opportunity to grow with a fast-paced, creative company — we’d love to hear from you.
